Done! It's my first ever Maven upload/repository, so sorry if that seemed to take so long - I applied for the repository late last Friday, so nobody could really help me until Monday. I'll update the install notes soon, but in the meantime you can include this project as a dependency using the following coordinates:

ArtifactId: thymeleaf-layout-dialect
Version: 1.0.1
