Time range selection back and forward arrows not jumping with correct steps #3828

Describe the Bug
When I am on the overview page of a website and select "Today", then select "This week" and press the arrow to go back one week, it only goes back one day. The same happens when I select "Today" on the overview page and then go to the events page and select "This week" and press the arrow to go back one week.
It only happens when I was on "Today". For example as I am writing this its the 3rd of December. When I select "Today" then press the left arrow to go to December the 2nd and press the right arrow to the 3rd of December. And then switch to "This week" and press the left arrow, it correctly goes back one week.
The same happens when first selecting "This week" and the "This month". If I then press the left arrow it only goes back one week. And also the same for switching from "This month" to "This year", it only goes back one month instead of one year.
