Tracking issue: Shell completion for different packaging

In #24414 support for shell completion for the vector cli via vector completion <SHELL> was added, this feature should be adapted for all major packages (e.g. dep or the nix-package.
As @thomasqueirozb suggested I should open a tracking issue such that this feature is not forgotten.
