Why removed the Dejavu Sans font?

The first image is what I installed on computer 1 last year

The second image is what I installed on computer 2 yesterday

I wonder why the font become bitmap, and I see you deleted the Dejavu Sans at 55aef0c

I want to know why you remove it

and how we can use grub2-mkfont to make our own vector fonts.

Came here wondering the same thing, honestly. The screenshots all look nice but with unifont, not so much
