test_wagerr fails with betting code error

[wagerr-builder]

Built wagerr on debian-11 gcc-9 with test enabled.
Get the following error when debugging from test/blockfilter_index_tests.cpp:110

Thread 1 "d-test" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
CBettingsView::CBettingsView () at betting/bet_db.cpp:686

n the tests i have added #include <betting/bet_db.h> and that has got rid of the first error but i;m getting
