Automatically publish release binaries with command line support

We have adopted scala-cli to create a command line tool for ShEx-s.

In principle, with scala-cli, it is possible to generate binaries for different platforms like Windows, Linux, MacOS, docker, etc.

It would be great to automatically publish those binaries with each release, preferrably in an automatic way. Any help would be appreciated for this.
