rnmobile/release/0.3has been created in Gutenberg repo. That new branch is detached at WordPress/gutenberg@262deea, and has cherry-picked WordPress/gutenberg@24a503b on top of it in WordPress/gutenberg@49bb394. -This PR updates the GB hash to latest commit in that branch. This way, we only disable the toolbar link option but don't bring all the new stuff in Gutenberg's
masterwith it.To test:
follow instructions in WordPress/gutenberg#13036
