Files used for producing and analyzing MD simulations of nutlins with MDM2
done.sh contains all bash code used in these simulations
The build directory contains all files needed for generating GROMACS structure/topology from raw mdm2.
The equilibration directory contains the GROMACS mdp files for energy minimization and equilibration.
The production directory contains the final strucutre and topology files, as well as the mdp files used for production.
