Fix endpoints list and count

I made a temporary fix to the count on the dash and scan page, and to display the list in the scan view.
I did the initial db data fetch on scan history instead of target, because target is not correctly filled on endpoint gathering (ffuf or other tool don't fill it well - look at #1040 for details)

For the target count and list, there's no other way to filter on the target value.
I need to find why the target is not filled and fix it
