Zend_Validate_Hostname utf-8 hostnames

Having this check here:
//https://github.com/zendframework/zf1/blob/master/library/Zend/Validate/Hostname.php#L1302

will raise invalid TLD for "mysite.vermögensberater", as the TLD list is with punny codes ('xn--vermgensberater-ctb').

Is this the desired behavior or it should get fixed ?

I'll have a look on how the Hostname validator works in ZF2, but I'm quite busy now, so maybe over thee Chrismas
