Either merge #245 or revise FAQ entry that assumes that

Commit a8fe22d (part of #288, merged in 171a4ee) adds a FAQ entry that presumes #245 will be merged.

• If redrawhook issues #245 isn't merged, the FAQ entry will need to be updated. (See second bullet in fixes for zle handling #288 (comment))
  As of 4ad311e the FAQ is up to date.
• Consider moving the FAQ out of README into a FAQ.md
  • Ensure make install handles this correctly, in particular all.md generation
