People: Remove a couple of unused components

Proposed Changes

This PR removes a couple of unused People components I stumbled upon while doing some reviews today:

• PeopleSectionAddNav - unused since Subscribers Page: Code cleanup (feature flag and translation fallback) #80041.
• TeamInvitesAccepted - unused since Users management: Include Viewer role in the team members list #72266.

Testing Instructions

Verify removed code is not in use. There should be no bundle size changes.
