PG and MySQL servers can allow private access to VNET from different subscription
az postgres flexible-server create -g test-rg -n test-server --subnet /subscriptions/<different_subscription_id>/resourceGroups//providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/<vneet_name>/subnets/<subnet_name>
