This is a really big upgrade (201 commits between 2 versions) and has breaking changes, so please double-check upstream commits so that I may miss some important changes.

Upstream breaking changes:

• [contracts] Port host functions to Weight V2 and storage deposit limit paritytech/substrate#13565
• Deprecate Currency; introduce holds and freezing into fungible traits paritytech/substrate#12951
  • set_balance changed to force_set_balance
  • transfer changed to transfer_allow_death
  • These changes break our toolchains (e.g. polkadot-launch)
  • fungible has behavior changes that may break the stake pool
