Description

This Pr creates a block-wrapper component that is compatible with the current RichText implementation in RN mobile

How has this been tested?

This can be tested using this GB-mobile PR: wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#1994

I have give it a try and it solve below issue:

Also I proceed with manual check different configuration adding blocks inside Group, Column, and MediaText block and do not noticed any regression or unexpected behaviour.
