- Fixes incorrect position of menu after rotation - We also get "nicer" menu with a bit of animation
These workarounds are no longer needed with PopupMenu.

Currently menu does not work correctly with rotation. It does not track the FAB for positioning.
This PR replaces options menu with a PopupMenu which is tied directly to FAB.
