gnomAD API link doesn't navigate to API section

What you did:

I copied the link to the API section of the Data page: https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/data#api.

What you expected to see after you did that:

I expected this link to bring me to the API section of the Data page when opened in a new tab:

When I copied this link into a new tab, it brought me to the top of the Data page:

I've tried this with other sections such as https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/data#v2 and can confirm the same behavior, I have an idea of what it might be and possibly how it can be fixed.

Just chiming in after poking around this issue, the commit that broke it is: 1488fa2, where a new top-level rendering API was used.

Actually, I just opened a PR with a smol fix to this. I didn't realize you had already commented on this issue Phil, until I went to comment the commit which caused this behavior to stop working. At that point I was close to the fix anyway, so figured I might as well just open the PR.

I hope that's ok and I didn't step on any toes!
