Fixes typos, capitalization, grammar, links, and import formatting across EVM docs; removes unused imports in corn/raw/traces.mdx.

• Docs cleanup across EVM data catalog:
  • Decoded pages (data-catalog/evm/ethereum/decoded/*): Grammar/capitalization fixes (e.g., “high-level”, “its”), pluralization (“there are multiple”), possessives; corrected link path and removed stray quote; minor clarity tweaks in examples.
  • data-catalog/evm/degen/overview.mdx: Wording and capitalization updates ("layer 3", "Base", $DEGEN).
  • Curated data pages:
    • NFT: Title/description capitalization for NFT Trades on Ethereum and "Ethereum".
    • DEX: Import spacing normalization for TableSampleParam in dex-aggregator-trades.mdx and dex-trades.mdx.
  • Raw/Traces: Remove unused imports from data-catalog/evm/corn/raw/traces.mdx.
  • Links: Fix traces-decoded.mdx reference to call-tables.
