[Bug]: Nodes inside Iteration Box persist in export and cause rendering errors after deletion

Actual behavior

After deleting an Iteration Box container, the child nodes are not properly cleaned up. They remain in the underlying data structure (and the exported file), even though they are no longer visible on the canvas.

Expected behavior

No response

Steps to reproduce

Workflow editing becomes unstable.
​Unable to link/connect nodes.
​Node/Edge rendering fails.
​Browser console (F12) shows rendering-related exceptions.
