Migrate tanzu from asdf:mise-plugins/tanzu-plug-in-for-asdf to github:vmware-tanzu/tanzu-cli. The tanzu-cli has proper GitHub releases with standard asset naming: - tanzu-cli-darwin-amd64.tar.gz - tanzu-cli-darwin-arm64.tar.gz - tanzu-cli-linux-amd64.tar.gz - tanzu-cli-windows-amd64.zip Also added version test.
