Rob,
I am having an issue in my unit test where the resource specified in ManageGroupsTest isn't getting created. I will hunt this down later, but I wanted to get my work over to you for your review since it is the end of the quarter. After I resolve the resource creation issue, I should be done with issue 38, unless you have other feedback for me.
