feat(core, editor): Better distinguish personal and workflow agents in chat (no-changelog)

Summary

This PR improves custom agents in ChatHub by introducing icons and reorganizing pages and model selector.

You can select icon or emoji when creating a personal agent. For workflow agent, icon/emoji is taken from the project it belongs to.

Personal agents and workflow agents are distinguished by different page and menu
