Summary
Update PHP CS Fixer to 3.34 to allow using PHP 8.0 (currently used 3.4 version was still for PHP 7.4 and did not allow using PHP 8.2).
Also updated the
nextcloud/coding-standardto 1.1. That caused the bigger diff (runningcomposer cs:fix).Checklist
