[Bug] the submit button on file picker dialog showing "Choose <user id>"

Describe the bug
The submit button on the file picker dialog is showing "Choose " at root mount point if no file was selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select menu "Link to file or folder"
2. (Optional) Navigate to any sub folder then back to root folder
3. Look at the submit button

Expected behavior
If no file/folder was selected, the submit button should be disabled.
