This PR fixes a bug where \00 was not being flagged as an error in strict mode. According to the ECMAScript specification, \00 matches LegacyOctalEscapeSequence and should trigger a syntax error in strict mode code.

\0escape sequences to include all decimal digits (0-9) instead of just 1-9 - Added a test case for the
