Several changes were made. Firstly, several bugs were fixed in converttonotebook.py. The filter was modified to replace the \notebook line in a simple manner. Many tutorials were modified slightly, either ensuring tabs were three spaces as well as adding
-jsor-nodrawoptions. Finally, preprocessor statements involving__CINT__were removed from the tutorials, as well asgStyle->SetPalette(1)
