Beside fixing the request for import to send the correct parameters in the callback, we are also improving the interface by replacing a tupple for a structure to make parameters more explicit.

DO NOT MERGEbecause we need to update this PR with the appropriate gutenberg submodule ref once the gutenberg 1.15.2 release branch PR is merged tomaster. Otherwise, this PR will revert the submodule ref ondevelopto the version of gutenberg used in the 1.15.2 release. Once that PR is merged and this submodule ref is updated, this PR can be merged.Update release notes:
