As declaraion is not defined, it generates a lot of notices and does not work correctly. I'm guessing the invociation should check for old_declaration.

This is working code and documentation still in progress.
Previously, Open Graph tags were added only for pages that were singular, home, or author archives. These changes add OG tags to all archive pages.
