Thank you @adamsilverstein! The changes look good. I think it's okay to concatenate two translation strings this way, since they're complete sentences.

If we plan to backport this por to 6.9, it might be worth checking the Polygots team just to be sure. This is because the string freeze occurs once RC is released.

Thanks for this! I think this is a good improvement, and in my opinion, worth breaking string freeze.
I have one small suggestion for an alternate string, but don't have strong feelings about it.
