This PR fixes a regression in the server islands vite plugin.
The condition of when returning new code inside
transformhook is now more predictable.I changed the tests and removed a bunch of
describeTesting
All tests in
server-islands.test.jsandcsp-server-islands.test.jsare now passingDocs
